Importing Leads from CSV

Importing Leads from CSV

OutReign supports bulk importing leads from CSV files for quick data migration.

Preparing Your CSV File

Your CSV should include columns for:

  • Contact Name (required)
  • Company Name (required)
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Job Title
  • Industry
  • LinkedIn URL

    • Import Steps

  • Navigate to Leads - Go to Dashboard → Leads
  • Click Import - Select "Import Leads" from the actions menu
  • Upload File - Drag and drop or browse for your CSV
  • Map Fields - Match your CSV columns to OutReign fields
  • Review - Check the preview for any issues
  • Import - Click "Import" to add the leads

    • Common Issues

  • Duplicate Detection: OutReign automatically detects duplicates by email
  • Encoding: Use UTF-8 encoding for special characters
  • File Size: Maximum 10MB or 10,000 rows per import

    • After Import

  • Review the import summary for any skipped records
  • Check the Import History in Settings for details
